your toes and heels together for Pranayama Deep Breathing, it's
good for your lungs and respiratory system..."
Sound familiar?
If you are semi-alert at the start of class, it should sound
familiar!
Every class begins with Pranayama Deep Breathing.
As a beginner, its common that people feel awkward with this

Dear Detroit Bikram community,
I thought some of you might be interested in going to this
benefit concert on May 5th. It is a benefit for the Leukemia

Four Tops and the Buddy Rich orchestra. My mom sang on the
radio when she was young and also performed on the 1950's
children's variety TV show called Auntie Dee and has received many
awards (just recently she was named Best Jazz Vocalist by the Metro
Times). They have been involved in countless events,
concerts, and benefits throughout their careers.

Momentum is rolling for the 30 Day Yoga

- there is a little extra room in your jeans
- you feel sore in certain places or your muscles are stiff
- you have a difficult class or series of classes when you feel
less flexible than the day before
- you experience some highs and lows, ebbs and flows
